How experience bookings work
  1. Before I book anything, I share each ticket's type, price, schedule and duration with you to confirm.
  2. Once you approve and pay, I book and pay for every ticket, and liaise with the tour operators and service providers on pick-up and drop-off points, so you don't have to. Now and then a provider may still need to contact you directly.
  3. Your details are on every booking, and alongside the provider's own confirmation, I send you my confirmation of what was booked and exactly what each ticket cost.
  4. I only use reputable booking sites.

Prices depend on your trip length, shown in each boarding pass. The planning fee covers the research, design and coordination of your trip; the cost of your flights, accommodation, tickets and experiences is separate and always yours to see. Not sure which fits? Choose “Help me decide” in the brief and I’ll recommend the right one. Prices may change at any time, but once you’ve paid, your price is locked in.
