The planning fee

The planning fee pays for my time: research, design and coordination. If you cancel, the amount I keep depends on how far planning has progressed. The more work that's been done, the more of the fee is kept. I'll always confirm the exact amount with you before any refund is processed.

Postponing your trip

If you postpone rather than cancel, the planning fee you've paid becomes credit towards your new dates. The credit is valid for a limited time, which I'll confirm with you in writing.

Flights, hotels and experiences

Bookings with airlines, hotels and experience providers follow each supplier's own cancellation terms. I'll help you understand those terms before you book, and help with any requests to change or cancel.
