The process
Clear steps, no surprises. You only pay at the very end — once everything is booked and you're happy.
You fill in the trip brief (or I send it to you on WhatsApp). Where, when, who's coming, your style, your budget, and your non-negotiables. This is everything I need to start.
Within 2–5 days I come back with a mock itinerary and a shortlist of experiences I think you'll love. You tell me what you're keen on, what to skip, and anything you'd move around.
We lock in the experiences and tickets you want and shape how each day flows — timings, order, breathing room. Nothing is set in stone yet, so this is your chance to fine-tune.
Everything gets booked and paid, and you receive your full itinerary — digital and physical copies — by email and WhatsApp. Your itinerary is confirmed and final only once tickets are booked and paid.
Pick the level of help you want. Your final quote is confirmed after your brief — longer trips and larger groups are quoted individually.
The full plan, done properly. You handle the bookings with the links I send.
Everything in Itinerary Design, plus I handle either your flights or your accommodation.
Hands-off. Itinerary, flights and accommodation all handled for you.
The planning fee covers the research, design and coordination of your trip; the cost of your actual flights, accommodation, tickets and experiences is separate and always yours to see. Not sure which fits? Choose “Help me decide” in the brief and I'll recommend the right level.
